Artists are inspired by everything. Whether it’s another piece of art, a landscape, or life experience, inspirations are everywhere. But many artists fall in love with art due to influential artists from history.
What artists have had the most significant impact on the art world? Which ones have inspired artists to pursue their passions the most? With so many different facets of the art industry, those questions can be incredibly challenging to narrow down.

Andy Warhol
Andy Warhol has been an inspiration on many abstract impressionists since his rise to fame in the 1960s. Beyond creating eye-catching and drama-inducing art, he was also a force to be reckoned with.

Who doesn’t know the name, Leonardo Da Vinci? The Renaissance-era painter has made an impact on the art world. From The Last Support to his work in science, he touched the world in a way that has inspired generations of artists.
He was a reserved and withdrawn man, not concerned with glory, and yet absolutely sure of the value of his abilities. Pablo Picasso
The 20th-century artist who ushered in modern art and changed the face of what art would mean for many was Pablo Picasso. It’s nearly impossible to go into a museum in any major city without seeing one of his incredible pieces.

Vincent van Gogh
